Ponderings in a corner of the universe

For those Human Traffic fans out there. Here’s my little pressie to you all:

The Holidays have landed. All that exists now are pubs, pressies, and parties. I've got 7 days off from the world, man. I'm gonna sing Christmas Carols out of my mouth like a screaming kettle. I'm gonna wish good will to strangers, I'm gonna loose the plot stuffed with turkey. The festive spirit inside me is freakin man! I'm Father Christmas, I'm a little elf, I'm going to the North Pole with my family, man. We're gonna get more stuffed than Elvis ever did, anything could happen, any present could be given, you know? This could be the best Christmas of my life. I've got a few quid for pressies and I'm gonna wax the lot man. The Christmas crackers are on me! Yeah!

Seriously! Who do you have to complain to about the sudden increase in train honking in Sacto? It has risen and risen over recent weeks. They never used to be so loud at night. And if you have a complaint – who too? Sitting in bed doing email at 10.30pm thinking that getting to sleep will be interesting….
