London Attack - Living the nightmare

"Bethnal Green was closed this morning at about 9:10 (luckily I was running late) so I caught a bus to Liverpool Street which was also shut, the policethere said there was a power surge which had caused the closures, I gotanother bus which was packed and we got into the city and the driver says"there have been devices going off on buses" we couldn't believe he said itbut he wouldn't let us off the bus until we got to a stop even though peoplewere shouting at him and panicking, I decided to walk the rest of the way toWarren Street and there were constant sirens and helicopters so I knewsomething bad was happening even though nobody knew any facts. texts startedcoming through asking if I was ok..." - Nick, Friend of Mine.

London Bomb Attacks

Good on Blair and Livingston say that we will fight for our quality of life. People come to Britain to get away from the oppression and extremists who perpetrate this.

This is a horrific day. I dread the final body count. I hope that it is over now.

My condolences to all families of those killed and those hurt.

Makes everything else seem so pointless (work etc.) but also makes you realise that we must plow on and not let the terrorists disrupt us. Of course the mood is very different to a normal day now.
